FracSure Express

FracSure Express pairs the PurpleSealTM frac plug with the PurpleSet disposable setting tool. Because it’s pre-assembled at the factory, you’ll avoid common issues out in the field like on-site redress and short stroking. Anti-preset shear screws prevent the plug from setting too early, and there’s no pressure discharge at the surface.

Need extra perforating guns at each stage? Not a problem—FracSure Express’s short length allows as many guns as you need, and the entire assembly is compact and lightweight enough for a single person to handle.

With better value and reliability, the FracSure Express integrated tool reduces job site hazards and risks by doing away with BHA parts, inspections, redress processes, compatibility checks, cross-overs and adapters between WLAK and setting tools—and all the other site headaches that get in the way of a fast completion.

How to use it

  1. Remove FracSure Express from its crate.
  2. Insert power charge.
  3. Screw onto firing head.
  4. Get back to the frac.
