FracSure Express pairs the PurpleSealTM composite frac plug with the PurpleSet disposable setting tool. Because it’s pre-assembled at the factory, you’ll avoid common issues out in the field like on-site redress and short stroking. Anti-preset shear screws prevent the plug from setting too early, and there’s no pressure discharge at the surface.
Need extra perforating guns at each stage? Not a problem—FracSure Express’s short length allows as many guns as you need. The entire assembly is compact and lightweight enough for a single person to handle.
The FracSure Express integrated tool reduces job site hazards and risks by doing away with BHA parts, inspections, redress processes, compatibility checks, cross-overs and adapters between WLAK and setting tools. Get better value and reliability while avoiding all the onsite headaches that get in the way of a fast completion.
