W. Grant Martin
As the President of Repeat Precision, W. Grant Martin leads the company’s long‑term vision and growth. He holds a B.B.A. in Energy Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Before starting Repeat Precision in early 2017, Grant worked in one of his family’s manufacturing businesses, gaining hands-on experience with operations and product development in the oil and gas industry.
Grant is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the organization and ensuring the team has the resources and tools needed to succeed. He focuses on building a culture where subject matter experts can collaborate to develop practical, innovative solutions to customers’ most complex challenges and deliver measurable value to their operations.
Grant is passionate about the problems Repeat Precision is working to solve, and he finds energy in seeing the team execute and win together.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending his downtime fishing or relaxing with family and friends.
