Hector oversees daily (and nightly) operations and logistics for Repeat Precision in the Permian Basin. He plans resources and equipment, coordinates rig-up timing with wireline and frac crews, and supports field teams with practical guidance on Repeat Precision’s downhole tools.
Hector partners with service companies and operators to streamline stage execution, reduce handling and NPT, and make sure equipment shows up on time and is ready to run. He’s passionate about developing people and believes in coaching wireline engineers and equipment operators on safety, reliability, and best practices.
During his downtime, Hector loves taking part in outdoor activities, especially with his family.
