Collin Shaw

Collin Shaw is Vice President of Repeat Precision, where he plays an essential leadership role in creating operational excellence and supporting the company’s growth. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Collin has a strong foundation in financial analysis, business strategy, and performance measurement. He brings seven years of oil and gas industry experience, which helps him understand the technical and operational realities his customers face every day.

Collin is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring that processes and teams run efficiently. He supports the company’s sales strategy by working closely with the commercial team to align operations with customer needs and market opportunities.

Collin also partners with product teams to develop new offerings and bring them to market, coordinating everything from early concept discussions to launch execution. He values the Repeat Precision’s great people and the chance to solve customer problems together in creative, practical ways.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys spending his free time with his family. He can often be found golfing, bird hunting, or boating.
