COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT, SINGLE-USE DEPLOYMENT ASSEMBLY
The exclusive PurpleSeal Express™ system streamlines frac plug installation and minimizes pre-sets and soft-sets that cause costly delays during wireline operations. This system combines a 10k rated PurpleSeal™ PS-C or PS-X frac plug with our exclusive patented RP Disposable Setting Tool®. The plug and tool are pre-assembled and delivered to the well-site with connections thread-locked or torque-tightened to prevent back-off. Just remove the assembly from the shipping carton, insert a power charge, install a firing head/igniter, and make the assembly up to the gun string. No shear screws or set screws to install, no connections to tighten, no oil to add. After the tool strokes to set the frac plug, it automatically releases pressure before it is retrieved. At the surface, simply remove the setting tool from the gun string and set it aside for recycling. No disassembly, no inspection, no redressing.

The PurpleSeal™ PS-C is an all-composite frac plug with ceramic buttons in the upper and lower slips, rated at 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa). Proprietary high-strength composite materials ensure uniform performance and durability. Interlocking castellations on the slips and end caps and a contoured interface between the slips and cones eliminate component rotation to ensure even, concentric slip expansion. Zero metallic content and less material volume will result in outstanding drill-out performance. PurpleSeal PS-C frac plugs consistently drill out in 6 minutes or less.

The PurpleSeal™ PS-X is an all-composite frac plug with powdered-metal buttons in the upper and lower slips, rated up to 10,000 psi. Proprietary high-strength composite materials ensure uniform performance and durability. Interlocking castellations on the slips and end caps and a contoured interface between the slips and cones eliminate component rotation to ensure even, concentric slip expansion. With minimal metallic content—approximately 1%—PurpleSeal frac plugs consistently drill out in 8 minutes or less.

OUR STATE OF THE ART, HYBRID-SLIP “KILL” PLUG
The PurpleSeal™ Bridge Plug is a hybrid-slip “kill” plug that provides temporary wellhead isolation from the zones below after a frac. The plug contains a cast-iron upper slip and powdered-metal buttons in the lower slip. The plug is rated to 10,000 psi from above and 8,000 psi below. Proprietary high-strength composite materials ensure uniform performance and durability. Interlocking castellations on the slips and end caps and a contoured interface between the slips and cones eliminate component rotation to ensure even, concentric slip expansion. The plug ID is sealed by a trapped composite component that is drilled out prior to the upper slips to equalize pressure.

The RP10 and RP20 single-use, disposable setting tools are patented disposable setting tools manufactured by Repeat Precision. Just remove the assembly from the shipping carton, install a frac plug using Baker 10 or Baker 20 adapter kit (provided by the frac plug vendor), and insert a Diamondback Eliminator™ power charge. After the tool strokes to set the frac plug, it automatically releases pressure before it is retrieved. At the surface, simply remove the setting tool from the gun string and set it aside for recycling. No disassembly, no inspection, no redressing. The adapter kit is reused at the operator’s discretion.
